Instructions for Downloading Forms
If you can’t find a form, look in your downloads.
(down arrow on right side of screen) or wherever you saved the form.
Click on “Enable Editing” to fill out form online.
Then Save/Print the form.
If you are using a form in Word save as a “Word Document”,
this puts it in the most recent format.
