Flower Lovers GC, Enterprise, Willow Oaks planting. On February 22, 2024, two Willow Oak trees were planted in the City Cemetery to begin a FLGC replenishment project for trees destroyed in the March 1, 2007, tornado. 

Greenlawn Garden Club planted a red oak on the campus of Albertville Middle School with the assistance of 8th grade FFA members. Huge thank you to Principal Lance Kitchens and teacher and FFA sponsor Ramona Weeks. A program was presented including the history of Arbor Day, a reading of Trees by Alfred Joyce Kilmer and a talk on the importance of oak trees throughout history.
